All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items → Full Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — whichever you prefer.

Report window: please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

In accordance with our final sale policy, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

Change‑of‑mind or sizing issues

Sale items or gift cards

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Custom or personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or 

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, choose either a full refund or a free replacement as described above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (Legal Right)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
* Contact support@onslifestyleworld.com within 14 days to arrange your return.
* Once received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

(This EU right applies notwithstanding the ‘All sales are final’ policy above.)

Refund Timing (Defective/Incorrect items or EU cooling-off only)
Once we confirm eligibility and (if required) receive the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
